Overall Great experience, activatation and installation was little complex but if one just follows the steps mentioned on office site then can be done without any issues. Moreover it is for 5 devices, is always updated unlike office 19 or previous which only get some updates. Whenever office launch next iteration of office like 21 those upgrades come first on office 365. A little effort from site would be appreciated if access and details are provided timely without us having to remind them.

Everything was fine but i am not happy with the support. I messaged on the whatsapp number mentioned on the website but i got very late reply. I also called on the number but no one was picking my call. I would expect a quick reply or response on whatsapp atleast. Hope your team will resolve this issue in the near future. Thanks.
